Below is a Meal Planner to assist in your fitness goals. The Prosculpt Team recommends spreading out your daily food intake into at least 4 meals per day. Read below for the simple steps on how to use the Meal Planner.

  1. Fill in the boxes below to plan your meals for the day. In each meal box list all the components of your meal followed by the serving size.
  2. Optional – fill in the Protein/Carbs/Fats ratio of the meal measured in grams, to find this information look up the nutritional chart for each food item on a website such as http://www.calorieking.com.au/.
  3. Once you have finalized your meal plan and entered your email at the bottom of the form, click the Finish button and the meal plan will be emailed to your personal email.
