One on one personal training allows our trainers to take your goals and physique to the next level. Whether that goal is losing weight, getting bigger, stronger, leaner or simply overcoming a plateau. The Prosculpt team emphasise the importance of muscular development for both men and women as a primary goal to complement cardiovascular training.

We train all levels and ages, and tailor the workouts dynamically to the clients short term and long term goals. We have a unique focus on sculpting the body and we have an innovative approach for targeting muscle growth and our clients are amazed at the results. Our knowledge of sculpting the body and pinpointing individual muscle development can also assist those clients who have ‘lagging’ muscles or stubborn spots.

Most clients will aim to have a consistent 2-3 month transformation period to see real results, often committing to training inside and outside the gym around 3 times a week.

Below are the areas that are typically covered in our gym and can be tailored for weight loss or weight gain. Sessions run for 45-60 mins and will focus on an area of improvement chosen by the client.

We operate at a fully equipped private studio in Bridgeman Downs located in North Brisbane.

Location

 

Mobile Training: Prosculpt Fitness is available for mobile personal training, able to come to parks, gyms and residential gyms when organised with our Personal Trainers, prices will vary depending on travel costs.
